Simon has extensive experience in global social impact, fundraising, and branding. He has worked with disadvantaged youth in Australia and development partners in South Asia, the Americas and Africa.

With corporate, sponsorship and charity expertise, he is passionate about providing young people with optimal learning opportunities.

Kathryn, a former primary school teacher, has been captivated by storytelling from a young age. A passionate Test Cricket fan, she’s drawn to the sport’s enduring narrative. Now in Marketing and Communications at The LBW Trust, Kathryn leverages her storytelling skills to support the mission of creating educational opportunities worldwide.

Romy is dedicated to supporting young people in need, empowering women to forge their paths while providing educational opportunities for underprivileged young women in India, Nepal, and Africa.

Marek Riswej | Co-Chair

Marek, Chair of Marque Capital VC and Marque Property Holdings, has extensive experience in residential, commercial and industrial development. He also serves as Chair, Director or Advisor in sectors including Ag-Tech, Agricultural Health, Renewables and Beverages.

Paul Singer | Co-Chair

Paul is an experienced CEO and co-founder of the charity Make A Mark Australia, which empowers children in need through education. He was a warfare officer in the Royal Australian Navy, and previously the Official Secretary to the Governor-General.

“The LBW Trust’s mission combines my passions for cricket and learning. I’ve witnessed the transformative power of education, especially in developing countries and remote communities.”

Michael Dalton | Treasurer

Michael is an experienced business and finance executive with roles in Transport, Recruitment, HR Consulting, and the Not-for-Profit sector, including 13 years as CFO/COO at Cricket NSW. He led development of the $60m Cricket Central facility, which opened in 2022.

Inspired by his late father’s emphasis on education and love of cricket, Michael is passionate about supporting The LBW Trust’s mission to provide opportunities for disadvantaged students.

Bianca Achilles | Secretary

Bianca has more than 15 years’ legal experience, specialising predominantly in corporate transactions and corporate governance. She is currently the Head of Legal and Company Secretary at AKG, a global employment services provider, and has a strong interest in volunteering and supporting the not-for-profit sector. 

Bianca is new to the cricketing world, with her two daughters joining local teams for the first time, but is keen to learn more. She is passionate about the empowerment of women and girls through education, and is looking forward to the opportunity to contribute and support the work of The LBW Trust.

Sheba Nandkeolyar

Sheba is founder CEO of MultiConnexions Group and is a passionate marketer and champion for women’s empowerment and cultural diversity. As President of International Advertising Association Australia and a global board member of IAA, she is at the helm of advocacy, transformation and marcomms trends.

As former National Chair of Australia India Business Council, her experience includes facilitation of business and trade between Australia and India. A cricket tragic, Sheba is also Multicultural Ambassador for Cricket Australia.

Tricia Ho-Hudson

Tricia is a senior finance executive with over a decade of experience in ASX10 companies and is currently the Executive General Manager, of Group Finance at Wesfarmers Limited. She has a strong history of contributing to the not-for-profit sector.

Passionate about education, Tricia believes in its power to transform lives, families, and communities. She views The LBW Trust as the “village” that supports young people in their educational journeys.

Antony Karpin

Antony Karpin is a Partner and Senior Investment Adviser at LGT Crestone, advising ultra-high-net-worth clients across Australia. Specialising in portfolio management and investment strategies, he tailors solutions to meet clients’ wealth goals. Antony began his career at AMP and ING, later joining UBS Wealth Management in 2006.

Outside of finance, Antony competes in triathlons to support education in developing countries, reflecting his dedication to integrity and accountability.

Tim Hilton

Tim has supported The LBW Trust for years and is thrilled to join its board.

His decision was fuelled by the tragic scenes in Afghanistan in August 2021, where people clung to departing aircraft and the ongoing oppression of women, including the denial of girls’ education.

A senior sales professional with a career spanning the UK, USA, and Australia, Tim saw this role as the perfect chance to merge his skills with his passions for education and cricket.

Dr Kim Hamrosi

Kim is a healthcare executive with over 20 years experience across clinical services, academic research, and strategic leadership in corporate, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

She is currently the CEO of the Corporate Mental Health Alliance Australia and passionate about education as a powerful driver of social mobility.
